Kristen Spiegel

Kristen earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from Indiana University, with a concentration in Mental Health and Addictions. Kristen works with tweens, teens, and adults using multiple evidence-based interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of clients. Kristen views therapy as a safe space to process through things and a collaboration between her and the client.
Kristen has experience helping others work through trauma, depression, anxiety, body issues, substance use, and self-harm. Kristen strives to treat all with dignity and respect and is open to all sexualities, genders, and backgrounds. Kristen uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and often includes somatic interventions. Kristen has a background working cross-culturally, working in community mental health and private practice. Her passion is the healing, growth, and freedom for the individual to live out their life to the fullest.
